A transformative journey to the Self
- Our programme is likely the most comprehensive teacher training being offered in Bermuda.
- Your lead teacher holds senior yoga teaching credentials recognised both locally and internationally — MA, E-RYT 500, YACEP, C-IAYT.
- Yoga on the Rock is a Registered Yoga School (RYS) under Yoga Alliance. Students who complete the programme receive an immediate Yoga Alliance certificate upon graduation.
- Students learn and practise traditional Hatha yoga, Flow yoga, Chair yoga, Children's yoga, Chakra yoga, and Adaptive/Restorative yoga with a mindfulness approach — a unique combination drawn from the head teacher's experience and training.
- Beyond the physical poses, a major programme focus is yoga philosophy and spirituality, wellness, and diversity and social justice — key components encouraged in Yoga Alliance teacher training programmes.
- The programme is a deep dive into the many aspects of yoga under the Sivananda lineage tradition. For most students, it is a life-changing experience like no other.
- The head teacher has over 45 years of experience practising, teaching, and studying yoga.
